If you're a Lance Armstrong fan, then do I have great news for you! The seven time Tour de France winner has recently decided to come out of a three and a half year retirement to again compete in this summer's upcoming Tour. A win would give Armstrong an unprecedented eight Tour de France wins, a record that would probably never be equaled. He is currently riding in the eight day Tour of California, where he finished the first stage in fourth place overall, despite heavy rains and a minor collision with a television network motorcycle.
