After all, it is the middle of winter and the temperature a couple of days ago reached 60 and a little beyond. The snow patches left over from last week's storm actually melted away. Naturally, with weather like that, I found myself at work like countless others.
At one point during the day it came to my mind that it would be nice if Mother Nature would throw us an occasional 'bone' once in a while to serve as a reminder of the warmer days ahead. Days where we can look forward to such outdoor activities like golfing, cycling, maybe take in a ball game, how about doing the domestic thing with the grass. But, as I type, it suddenly hits me, you know, that middle of winter thing, better known as reality.
And with that, I guess I'd better wrap this one up and head for work!
