The United States Swimming Team has announced yesterday that it was suspending Michael Phelps three months without pay for his November 2008 marijuana incident, in which a picture of him smoking a bong appeared on the front page of a British tabloid. In a related story, Kellog has decided to drop its' endorsement of Phelps as a result of the incident.
